LTS Builders, Inc. is a family owned, premium home builder, dedicated to quality in all the products we build. Our goal on each project is the happiness and satisfaction of each owner, one at a time.
LTS Builders, Inc. was formed in late 1992 when Steve and Ted Leonard came together with the goal of setting the bar higher in the building industry. Both brothers have been in the construction business most of their adult lives. After working together for a number of years, the brothers decided to form LTS Builders, Inc. after Ted graduated from Purdue University in the construction management program. Steve was a lead carpenter for various frame and trim crews until he formed his own business in the late 80’s in search of better quality.
Our emphasis is on quality and family. Each home and/or project is ours until the project is complete and ready to present to our clients. We will finish our promise to you before we move on to the next task at hand.
Our in house carpentry crew and wood working shop is fully capable of building anything from framing, finish trim, exterior trim to the desk you place your computer on.
Ted handles the general contracting, project management, bidding and all the office duties while Steve runs the carpentry crew, shop work and the design aspects of the jobs.
We have built homes in the Western Hills area to the east side of Anderson township. Our homes range from French Provincial, Contemporary, Old world to Classic American.
We can build and match close to anything you wish to have created for you. We enjoy creating the “new antiques”. These pieces look and feel old but are created for you with newer hardware to enhance their function for ease of use.
When building your home we will work with your architect, or suggest one in helping to create a one of a kind home designed for your specific needs. We walk with you down the path presenting all the options toward your custom built home or classic piece. |
